Good tools. Great possibilities.

Editorial & sources

Useful information, clear sources.

WhereTool is an independent directory of AI tools, organized around practical tasks. Listings are starting points for your own evaluation, not endorsements or hands-on reviews.

How we build the directory

Our initial collection combines product websites and descriptions adapted from the MIT-licensed Awesome AI Tools list. There’s An AI For That informed our task-based discovery approach. Each tool links to its source and official website.

About pricing and availability

We mark pricing as “Pricing unconfirmed” when we cannot confidently classify it. A source-access date records a metadata check, not a full product test. The provider is the authority on features, licensing, and current plans.

Keep the directory useful

Tool owners can submit a new listing for review. We do not publish invented user ratings, usage counts, or performance claims. Featured placement is an editorial starting point, not a popularity ranking.
